Who we are.
Our story started on a transformation project at Aegon. Sofie had just moved back from London, bringing a background in strategy from EY and HR leadership at LinkedIn. Michel was serving as HR Director at Ziggo. Sent to the UK to train a leadership team together, we discovered within days just how well we clicked.
Life took us on a few more adventures after that, Sofie leading teams in tech at Knab and Google, and Michel guiding complex interim transformations. But the shared energy never left. Now, our paths have folded back together to build Rolin: doing what we love most, alongside the people and teams who inspire us.
